Summer Worship Schedule

We move to our Summer Worship schedule on May 29, worshipping each week with a Spoken Eucharist at 8 a.m. and a Sung Summer Liturgy  at 9:30 a.m.  Summer Choir will rehearse each week at 8:45 a.m. with the opportunity to sing on a “week by week” basis.  We return to our regular worship schedule on Rally Day, September 11.  Plan now on being with us each week and consider sharing in our choir ministry.

10:00 a.m. – CROSSWALK –  Children ages 3 and up are invited – and bring a friend – to our interactive Good Friday Children’s CrossWalk. Children will hear the story of Jesus’ journey from Palm Sunday to the cross. Contact the Church Office to register.

12:00 noon – Community Ecumenical Service at Faith

7:30 p.m. – Tenebrae with Stripping of the Altar: “Old Endings”

“The Art of Letter Writing” – April 20, 27, May 4 and 11

Join Pastor Jane for this new Daytime Bible  Study written particularly for our Family of Faith.  “The Art of Letter Writing” will take a look at some of the writings of the early Christian church, as well as writings of other Christians and theologians throughout the centuries.  We will explore some of the topics addressed in the Pauline epistles, as well as those of of other Christian leaders including Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Martin Luther King, Jr.   We will meet on four Wednesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. beginning April 20.  Register on the sign up sheet on the kiosk or contact the church  office at famfaith@verizon.net.
