Worship at Faith
The Family of Faith worships each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Our Sanctuary Choir provides leadership each week and Holy Communion is celebrated at every liturgy. Festivals and special liturgies enrich our worship life.
During the summer months from June through August we worship with a Spoken Communion Service at 8:00 a.m. and a Sung Liturgy at 9:30 a.m.
RALLY DAY 2014 — September 7 marks our return to the regular program year. A joyous New Orleans Jazz Liturgy leads us into another year of ministry.
FESTIVAL SUNDAYS — always include our Sanctuary Choir and special instrumentalists.
ADVENT SUNDAYS — As we move closer to Christmas and our world becomes more frenzied, the growing simplicity of our liturgies will call us to quiet reflection of God’s awesome gift.
EPIPHANY GREENS — cover our altar, reminding us God’s gift of new life.
LENTEN CENTER — is a focal, interactive center that stimulates our appreciation of Christ’s gift on Calvary.
PALM SUNDAY — features a dramatic reading of the Passion.
GOOD FRIDAY — offers our Children’s Cross Walk in the morning to supplement our powerfully moving Tenebrae liturgy which strips our sanctuary at 7:30 p.m.
EASTER, THE FEASTS OF FEASTS — All the stops are out as we celebrate God’s Easter gift with our Sanctuary Choir, Faith Bell Ringers, pipe organ, brass, timpani and grand Easter processional.
MIDWEEK WORSHIP — Once a month from October through April we offer midday Eucharist, normally on the first Thursday.
