Lent is viewed as a time to reconnect with God through prayer, mindfulness, and meditation and an opportunity for our own personal connection with Christ as we see signs of God’s love and hear a word of grace in the midst of the fears we face. Strengthened by the gift of faith, we are able to be the church that God needs us to be.
