As we mourn the tragedy that took place this past Saturday at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, we are writing to let you know that our previously scheduled Jewish-Christian Dialogue will take place in a different format.
This Thursday evening, November 1st, we will gather at 7:30 p.m. for an Interfaith Vigil and Prayer Service with our Jewish sisters and brothers at Congregation Ohr Shalom, 67 Kent Place Boulevard in Summit. Joining us will be members of the community and congregations from New Providence, Berkeley Heights, and Summit.
Please extend this invitation widely and continue to keep all of the victims of this horrific tragedy in your prayers.
