Join Pastor Jane and Gary on a journey to Greece and Turkey to follow the footsteps of St. Paul visiting sites of early Christianity.
The itinerary includes locations where St. Paul preached, including the Bema of St Paul in Corinth, the Areopagus in Athens, the Vlatadon Monastery in Thessaloniki, Veria (Berroia), Ephesus, and Kavala, where Paul met Lydia, the first Christian convert in Europe. We will also explore Pergamon and St. John’s Monastery in Patmos, both mentioned in the book of Revelation in the New Testament.
|Our stop in Istanbul includes the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, and the incredible Grand Bazaar. In Athens, we will see the Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum, among other sites
We will sail on the Celestyal Crystal for most of our journey, a smaller ship able to easily visit many of the ports in the Aegean Sea. Cruising on the 1200 passenger Celestyal Crystal is all-inclusive across all cabin categories, encompassing all meals onboard, unlimited classic drinks, onboard entertainment, and port charges and gratuities. The group package for Faith Lutheran will include an excursion in every port, three nights in the Plaka district in Athens including local excursions, and transfers to and from the ship and our Athens flights.
