March 15th -Lenten Special Liturgy: Music and Spirituals of America

church-old-folk-cabin-far northOur next themed worship will be on March 15…we will be worshiping with Music and Spirituals of America…this inspiring service of song will take as its basis the music born here in the United States, including 19th century folk hymns and the great music of the American spiritual.  We will be exploring these songs in a variety of styles that have evolved along with the music.  Guest instrumentalists join our Sanctuary Choir at both services.  Our special liturgies are always a good time to invite neighbors, friends and co-workers to be with us.
